Most of you know that I lost my Mom to heart disease, so Go Red For Women and The American Heart Association are causes I strongly support.
Sign-up for the Go Red For Women program and receive a Red Dress Pin to wear to show your support. You will also have access to all of the information you need on the study of heart health and the prevention of heart disease. Just a reminder, Gentlemen, you can still sign up to receive the pin, just give it to a woman in your life to spread the awareness.
Go Red For Women also has a National Wear Red Day program (Ironically, this past years was held on my Mom’s birthday 2/6/09). Plan a “Wear Red Day” any day of the year.
