Bounce It Off Millions is a new initiative by Bounce on Facebook. The way it works is by allowing the Bounce app and entering in something you are trying to decide on……..for example, are you torn between what color to paint your living room? Or, are you deciding what to name your new pet? Whatever it is, post your dilemma and have millions of people help you decide.

Sounds fun, doesn’t it? It can be anything that you need help with. Think of the possibilities of having millions of un-biased people helping  you in your choice or decision.

Just go to the Bounce Facebook page and click on the Bounce it off Millions tab to submit a choice or decison that you are making in your life. Once you do that, your question will be turned into a poll, where millions of people will help you decide.

As you all know, I am currently on the Nutrisystem program and while on the program, I am learning about healthy snacks. I am totally a snacker at heart, so finding yummy snacks are a priority for me.

Old London offers many terrific healthy snack options with their Melba toast and product line. They are made from all-natural ingredients and whole grains and the perfect crunchy and delicious treat to add to any diet. I loved the crunch more than anything, that and the taste, made me feel like I was cheating.

I had the pleasure of trying Melba Toast Sesame, Melba Snacks Sea Salt and Bagel Chips Spicy Cheddar.

I used the Melba toast as my mid-afternoon snack since I am on the diet program. I placed a piece of low fat cheese on a piece of the Sesame Melba Toast and had a few grapes. To me this was great, since 3 pieces of the toast are only 70 calories and I only had one. I used the Melba Snacks Sea Salt as a replacement for croutons by breaking two up and putting them in my salad, yummo! I got the same crunch as croutons, but with more health benefits, and two were only 30 calories, score! I also used the spicy cheddar Bagel Chips in my broccoli cheese soup today and it was awesome and again, only 10 calories a piece.

My kids tried them too, my oldest loved the sea salt and my youngest, who is super picky, loved all of them, especially the spicy cheddar Bagel Chips which shocked me to no end! I plan on making little snacks for them with recipes ideas found on the Old London website.

Something as little as changing up my snacks helps me stick to my program and love the way I am feeling.
