Comfort foods, that’s what the cooler weather brings to mind for family meals. I love mashed potatoes and even better, the kind  don’t have to spend forever peeling, boiling and mashing. If I can save time anywhere, I would opt to save it in the kitchen.

Betty Crocker Potato Buds do just that, save time. They are made from 100% real potatoes with a new and improved taste,  so I don’t have to worry about them tasting like cardboard and even better, they are ready in just 5 minutes! Now if only I could prepare the rest of the meal that quickly, LOL.

One of my favorite ways to jazz up mashed potatoes is to add chopped garlic and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top,  it’s quick, easy and really adds some flare.

Another great reason to buy Betty Crocker Potato Buds is that it’s gluten free. Try the delicious gluten-free recipes, such as Potato-Crusted Salmon and Cheesy Broccoli-Potato Soup. You cam also try out more recipes using Potato Buds at www.bettycrocker.com.

Save .55 off one package of Potato Buds and follow Betty Crocker on Twitter and “Like” the Facebook page to keep up with all of the latest news on your Betty Crocker favorites!

I can’t get the Betty Crocker page to load but we do use the Potato buds sometimes. I like to get freash parsley and chop it up with some butter and a little cream. We also put bacon and cheese in them to make a “loaded” creamed potato! Yum!
